We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and provided us with good counsel on local options. They even printed free maps from the web for us. The rooms were very well maintained, and we were pleasantly surprised when my travel partner's forgotten notebook was left in the room when we checked out. The hotel arranged for a modest price to pack and ship it back to us. The breakfast was very good, and we loved the central location near restaurants and a shopping mall. Additionally, the beds were amazingly comfy, and the shower felt like a waterfall. The hotel had all the amenities we needed, including a fridge, wardrobe, sofa, and lamps. The swimming pool was wonderful, and the hotel's location was absolutely perfect, not far from the city center and near downtown.
Nothing to be said.

We had an incredible experience at this charming hotel. The location was perfect, with a large shopping mall within walking distance and a wide selection of great restaurants on Calle 33. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service, and the rooms were spacious and inviting. The breakfast buffet was average, but the cleanliness and amenities in the bathroom were outstanding. we were impressed with the facilities and advantages of this hotel.
The outdoor lighting around the restaurant entrance was insufficient, making it difficult to navigate in the dark.
